From Southern State Parkway:

  1. Go East to Exit 45 W. At end of exit ramp turn left. Go to light. You are facing Montauk Highway - Route 27A.
  2. Turn right onto Montauk Highway - Route 27A. Go West 1 mile.
  3. Turn left at 2nd traffic light onto Woodland Dr. (CVS shopping center on right corner, 7-Eleven on left corner). Go a few hundred yards.
  4. Turn right onto Tupelo Lane. (Your first right turn off Woodland Drive)
  5. Number 12 is the 2nd house on the left. There is a circular #12 sign by the road. Pull into the driveway. Come to the driveway (showroom) door.
From Long Island Expressway:
  1. Take Exit 56 South onto service road. Make turn at light from service road to head South on Route 111. Continue on Rt. 111 for approx. 6 miles from the Long Island Expressway. You will cross over Southern State Parkway, then Sunrise Highway (Rt. 27). Continue on Rt. 111 until the end. (Occonee Diner is on right corner).
  2. Turn left onto Rt. 27A (Main St.). Go about 1 mile to traffic light which has a 7-Eleven on the right corner and CVS shopping center on the left corner.
  3. Turn right onto Woodland Drive. Go a few hundred yards.
  4. Turn right onto Tupelo Lane. (Your first right turn off Woodland Dr.)
  5. Number 12 is the 2nd house on the left. There is a circular #12 sign by the road. Pull into the driveway. Come to the driveway (showroom) door.
From Sunrise Highway (Rt. 27) - heading East:
  1. Take Exit 45 South onto service road. Go past traffic light (Commack Rd.).
  2. Turn right at sign for Rt. 111. Go about ¾ mile to end of road. (Diner on right corner)
  3. Turn left onto Rt. 27A (Main St.). Go about one mile.
  4. Turn right onto Woodland Dr. at light (7-Eleven on right corner). Go a few hundred yards.
  5. Turn right onto Tupelo Lane. Number 12 is the 2nd house on the left. There is a circular #12 sign at the road. Pull in the driveway. Come to the driveway (showroom) door.
From Sunrise Highway (Rt. 27) - heading West:
  1. Take Exit 46 South onto short side street winding around to the right to end of street.
  2. Turn right onto Carleton Ave. Continue for about ¾ mile. Cross over Main St. (Montauk Hwy or Rt. 27A). There's a 7-Eleven on the left corner. Carleton Ave. becomes Woodland Dr.
  3. Turn right onto Tupelo Lane. This is the first right turn off of Woodland Dr. Number 12 is the 2nd house on the left. There is a circular #12 sign at the road. Pull into the driveway. Come to the driveway (showroom) door.
